Nannies on Part Time Nanny complete:
- Government ID upload, which our team reviews
- A search of sex-offender registries (via Family Watchdog) using their name and date of birth
- At least two references. We text each reference
- Confirms in the app that they're legally authorized to provide the services they offer (we record the date and time)
Local nannies can't take bookings until our team has reviewed their government ID.
What these checks don't do: They aren't a government license or clearance, they depend on available records, and they don't predict future behavior. You choose your nanny. Please interview, check references yourself, and consider a paid trial day.
